Our estate has existed since 1890 and we are its sixth generation of winemakers. The first parcels were planted by Jules Double-Férat using the once common en foule system where vines are untrellised and tightly packed together. In 1910, the estate passed to Charles Férat, who was succeeded by Marcel Férat in 1922.
In 1956, it was the turn of Marcel's son, Pierre, to take the reins of the business. He passed his experience and savoir-faire onto Jacky who today runs the estate with his son Samuel.
